Refund & Returns Policy
At SipStories, we strive to ensure complete customer satisfaction. However, due to the nature of our products, we have a specific refund and return policy. Please read it carefully before placing an order.
1. Return Eligibility
- We accept returns only if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered (wrong item received).
- Returns due to change of mind, wrong choice of flavor/color, or not liking the product will not be accepted.
- The product must be returned in its original condition, unopened, unused, and with all seals intact.
2. Timeframe for Returns
- You must notify us about any issue within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- Returns will not be accepted after 7 days of delivery.
3. Refund Process
- Once we receive the returned product and verify the defect/damage, we will process your refund.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Opened or used products
- Products with missing seals or tampered packaging
- Personalized or custom-made items (if any)
- Products returned without prior approval
5. How to Initiate a Return

- Our team will review your request and provide return instructions if approved.
- Ship the product back to the address provided by our team.
- Once received and inspected, we will process the refund.
6. Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, please send clear photos of the packaging and product within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund after verification. The replaced product will be delivered within 5–7 days.
